Email support@ramalamaai.app for purchase questions, guest order access, privacy requests, or refund review.

Include the following when relevant:

• your order number or signed-in account email
• the generation job ID
• a short description of what happened
• a screenshot that does not expose your recovery code or password

Never send your password, full payment details, private API keys, or guest Recovery Code by email.

Signed-in customers should open a support ticket or use the support entry beside the failed video whenever possible. This links the job safely without copying private details into email.

Ramalama AI V1 does not use a website contact form because the application cannot send transactional email. Visitors can use the support mailbox; signed-in customers can use private Tickets.
