Authorized Images

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use for AI transformation. For identifiable people, obtain appropriate consent. Do not upload private or sensitive content without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Ramalama AI to:

• sexualize minors or create exploitative content
• impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, or defame another person
• create non-consensual intimate imagery
• promote violence, hate, illegal activity, or animal cruelty
• violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• bypass access controls, rate limits, payments, or safety checks
• upload malware, scripts, or misleading file types
• resell account, guest, or download credentials

Pet Welfare and Media Accuracy

Do not create or present AI media as real evidence of animal abuse, rescue, injury, or another material event that did not occur. Do not use generated pet media to encourage cruelty, unsafe treatment, deceptive fundraising, or misleading claims about an animal.

Content Moderation and Appeals

We may reject inputs, stop generation, suspend access, preserve evidence, or respond to lawful requests when needed for safety, security, or compliance. A safety rejection is not automatically classified as a technical model failure.

Safety controls may use automated checks and, where necessary and permitted, human review of limited task information. A safety rejection is not automatically treated as a technical provider failure; the applicable credit or refund treatment depends on the reason and published policy.

Report Abuse

Report suspected misuse to support@ramalamaai.app. Include a public URL, order or job reference when available, but do not send passwords, payment credentials, private Recovery Codes, or copies of prohibited content.
